Responsibilities:
As our new Software Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, and deploy algorithms and components for Generative AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to deliver innovative AI-based software products.
- Create and optimize machine learning models to enhance the organization's AI capabilities.
- Champion best practices for coding, testing, and iterative development.
- Develop robust solutions in alignment with scalability, security, and system architecture requirements.
- Analyze complex data from various internal and external sources to drive impactful insights.
- Evaluate and adopt new age tools, techniques, and technologies to ensure our AI products are cutting-edge solutions.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- At least 6+ years of work experience in the software development industry.
- Hands-on expertise in Generative AI, machine learning models development, and deployment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics, cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Analytical thinking, a detail-oriented mindset, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to work efficiently within a diverse team and across functions.
