Deputy Manager - Compensation & Benefits - 4+ Years - Mumbai
Location - Mumbai (Vikhroli/Thane)
An excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead compensation analytics, dashboarding, and global rewards operations. This role offers a blend of compensation strategy, data reporting, and digital HR transformation within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities -
Design dashboards and reports for senior leadership to showcase trends in compensation, productivity, and rewards.
Maintain and manage global employee compensation data with accuracy and confidentiality.
Participate in salary and benefits benchmarking surveys to stay competitive in the market.
Support compensation budgeting, planning, and forecasting cycles.
Assist in the design and rollout of incentive and variable pay plans.
Collaborate with HR teams across locations to resolve compensation queries and escalations.
Contribute to the digital transformation of HR processes including automation and system improvements.
Requirements -
Must-Have:
Postgraduate degree in HR or equivalent qualification with 3–4 years of experience in compensation or HR analytics.
Advanced MS Excel skills with experience in data modeling, reporting, and forecasting.
Strong analytical mindset, numerical accuracy, and attention to detail.
Preferred/Bonus:
Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Hands-on experience with HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion, or Workday.
Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
