Responsibilities:
Designing and executing enterprise-wide transformation programs across F&A domains.
Collaborating with cross-functional leaders (IT, HR, Analytics, Finance) to prioritize strategic initiatives.
Managing program scope, financials, resources, timelines, and risks.
Leading change management, governance, and communication for seamless project execution.
Driving innovation through RPA, hyper-automation, analytics, and integrated tools to unlock ROI-focused outcomes.
Requirements:
15+ years of F&A experience with a focus on digital transformation and large-scale program leadership.
Strong background in process areas such as Record to Report, Source to Pay, FP&A, and Quote to Cash.
Demonstrated expertise in Lean Six Sigma, RPA, analytics, and design thinking.
Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional consensus.
Willingness to travel and work across time zones in a rotational shift environment.
