  • Manage the inside sales team and forecasts their targets and track their KPI/metrics

•    Help the team in lead development and generation activities.

•    Understand regional trends and work with sales on campaign strategies.

•    Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements.

•    Help team increase Client engagement.

  • Utilize salesforce to effectively to track leads, manage pipeline of discussions, and enhance team’s productivity.

•    Engage with client prospects to understand their needs and offer solutions

  • Collaborate with the global sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.


  • Graduates with experience in the Financial Markets (products and services) or experience in the BFSI sector would be preferred
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with prospects to understand the business challenges and goals.
  • Present our products/services in a compelling and solution-oriented manner.
  • Tailor sales pitches to address the unique needs of each prospect.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings, industry trends, and the competitive landscape across various domains.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within each targeted industry.
