Responsibilities

1. Own pricing for retail & group health products—ensuring technical soundness, competitiveness, and alignment with strategy

2. Monitor and enhance profitability levers—pricing, underwriting, claims, fraud—using portfolio analytics

3. Ideate and launch innovative products; lead regulatory filings and ensure full compliance

4. Identify underserved segments to unlock new revenue via product/pricing differentiation

5. Collaborate with product, sales, underwriting, analytics, and tech teams to embed pricing/underwriting logic into digital journeys and platforms

6. Build and coach a high-performing actuarial team, balancing tactical execution with strategic talent development

Requirements

1. 8+ years in health insurance pricing, actuarial analytics, and portfolio management

2. Demonstrated leadership and people management experience in actuarial or pricing functions

3. Strong educational background; actuarial qualification preferred; experience with regulatory filings

4. Sharp analytical and creative problem-solving skills for complex pricing/product design challenges

5. Proven track record integrating pricing logic into tech platforms in collaboration with data science teams
