Summary

An exciting opportunity for an Engineer – Investment Data Platform to join a leading global financial services organization. In this role, you’ll be part of a highly collaborative, agile team working on high-quality, scalable, and robust data solutions. You will leverage your expertise in Azure, Databricks, .NET, Python, and SQL to develop efficient end-to-end solutions supporting the organization’s global investment business.

Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality software solutions aligned to business outcomes and SDLC standards.

  2. Maintain and enhance existing data platform artefacts and infrastructure.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering, data modelling, integration, and testing.

  4. Apply data engineering best practices to deliver scalable, efficient, and robust solutions.

  5. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of end-to-end data solutions.

Requirements

  1. 3+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in data engineering.

  2. Hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Framework, SQL, Python, Java, PowerShell, or JavaScript.

  3. Experience with Azure Data Factory pipelines, Databricks, and Azure PaaS technologies.

  4. Familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery methodologies.

  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment.
