Performance Specialist - Endpoint  – 4–6 Years – Gurugram (Rotational Shifts)

We are seeking an Endpoint Performance Specialist to enhance digital workplace performance, streamline automation, and ensure seamless IT support experiences. 📍 Location: Gurugram (Rotational shifts: 10:30am–7:30pm or 2:00pm–11:00pm)

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and optimize end-user computing environments (Windows 11, endpoint devices).
  2. Drive performance improvements across devices and applications.
  3. Implement and support Intune-based endpoint management projects.
  4. Develop automation solutions using PowerShell scripting and other scripting languages (Python, etc.).
  5. Leverage Microsoft Graph API for integrations and automation.
  6. Adhere to and enhance ITIL-based service delivery processes.

Requirements

  1. 4–6 years of experience in end-user computing and endpoint performance management.
  2. Hands-on experience with Windows 11, Intune, and automation projects.
  3. Strong skills in PowerShell scripting (additional scripting knowledge like Python is a plus).
  4. Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API.
  5. ITIL certification is a strong plus.
  6. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in rotational shifts.
