Executive Assistant (3-8 yrs) (Immediate Joiners only)
Location: Mumbai (Andheri West)
Exciting job opportunity for a detail-oriented and seasoned Executive Assistant with a profound understanding of managing top-level executives.
Your Future Employer:A prominent Indian beauty and personal care products’ company
Plan Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly calendars for Senior Management aligned with Board and Audit Committee meetings.
Coordinate complex calendars with Internal and External Stakeholders, managing last-minute rescheduling.
Ensure timely distribution of Pre-reads, follow-ups, and cancel discussions if not shared within agreed TAT.
Align Quarterly Governance Meeting with Audit Partners.
Book and ensure functionality of meeting rooms, initiate calls 10 mins prior to meetings for punctuality.
Serve as the Point of Contact for Board Members, ensuring a seamless experience during Board Meetings.
Prepare detailed travel plans for Senior Management and Function Heads, emphasizing VISA processing.
Submit and track expense reports for timely reimbursements.
Maintain comprehensive Online and Offline Records for Board Meeting and Audit Committee reports.
Onboard various partners with necessary approvals.
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience working as Executive assistant/secretary to top management.
Good hands on understanding on excel and PPT
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, effective communication (written and oral).
