Fund Management (UCITS) - 4+ Years - Mumbai
An exciting role for CFA Pursuing professionals having at least 4 years of experience in fund oversight, fund management, investment strategy, fund regulatory, UCITS & AIFs.
Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Developing a deep and thorough investment understanding of the funds.
- Reviewing the investment strategies of the funds including appointment of underlying investment managers.
- Contributing to and review the sustainable investment policies of the funds. Liaise closely with the wider team.
- Ensure suitable reporting flows and communication to facilitate efficient oversight programme for the investment management function
- Reporting to the Board on at least a quarterly basis and escalating any matters that require their attention as soon as possible.
- Drafting and reviewing documentation required to liaise with the regulator in relation to the investment management of the funds in a timely manner.
- Maintaining, updating & enhancing document investment management processes and procedures.
- Building a strong understanding of the Security Lending Programme and keep up to speed with changes in the industry.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of technical work experience in financial sector
- Diverse background across Funds/Asset Management is a must
- Candidates having CFA will be preferred
