Global HRIS Payroll Specialist – 8+ years – UK Shift - Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities –
• Design and implement global solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and convert them into scalable technical configurations.
• Provide hands-on support during payroll cycles, resolving discrepancies and ensuring smooth processing.
• Contribute to year-end activities by assisting in the preparation and distribution of employee statements.
• Monitor updates in payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance across systems.
• Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud enhancements to continuously improve system functionality.
• Perform rigorous testing of payroll systems to identify and fix issues prior to deployment.
• Deliver training and workshops to end-users, promoting effective use of Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management features.
• Collaborate with integration teams to develop and maintain payroll-related system interfaces.
Requirements –
• Extensive hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with multiple implementations across Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor modules; proven ability to lead development teams.
• Strong command of payroll processing, taxation, and compliance, with expertise in Fast Formulas, Eligibility Profiles, HDL/HSDL, and HCM Extracts.
• Skilled in configuring both technical and functional aspects of Oracle HCM; proficient in BI Publisher and OTBI report development.
• Solid understanding of legislative payroll rules for US, UK, and Canada; experience with India payroll, Dayforce, and third-party payroll integrations is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
