Responsibilities
As part of the Global Treasury team, you will:
- Manage daily treasury operations, ensuring effective liquidity and cash management.
- Develop and execute efficient financial strategies to optimize investments and cash flow.
- Handle foreign exchange risk management and ensure compliance with regulatory policies.
- Prepare financial reporting related to cash flow, investments, and treasury functions.
- Partner with business units worldwide to streamline treasury processes and activities.
- Assess and recommend treasury systems, tools, and processes for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and forecast financial risks and work closely with cross-functional teams for risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a must.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Treasury Management or related financial operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of global banking systems, investment strategies, and foreign exchange risk management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multicultural stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., TMS, ERP) and advanced MS Excel knowledge.
- A proactive, accountable, and independent work ethic in a remote setting.
