Summary: Join a leading electrical infrastructure organization as a Project Manager – EHV Projects, responsible for end‑to‑end delivery, financial performance and operational excellence across multiple sites. You will drive safety, quality, process improvement and Kaizen initiatives, while building high‑performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Deliverables: Ensure project P&L targets are met through effective billing, cost control and working‑capital management.
Project Management: Plan, execute and manage all site activities to achieve on‑time, on‑budget completion for 17 concurrent projects.
Working‑Capital Management: Improve cash flows by optimizing collections, inventory levels and project‑progress billing.
Safety & Quality: Foster a zero‑accident culture and enhance field quality through robust processes and audits.
Productivity & Process Improvement: Implement TOC‑based project‑management processes, benchmark key workflows and drive cost‑productivity initiatives.
Team Building & Development: Recruit, train and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team; embed a culture of PMO, business excellence and Kaizen.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, consultants and subcontractors; secure all approvals on schedule.
PMO & Business Excellence: Lead PMO projects to streamline billing, RA processes and project‑review systems; codify SOPs for consistent execution.
What We’re Looking For:
Education:
Essential: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
Degree holders: Minimum 14 years’ hands‑on execution of EHV projects
Diploma holders: Minimum 16 years’ hands‑on execution of EHV projects
