Head - Talent Management - 15+ Years of Exp.
As the Head of Talent Management, you will be responsible for driving our talent management strategy across the organization, with a specific focus on our operations in Chennai, India, and the Middle East region. You will work closely with leadership to design and implement talent programs that support our business objectives and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
Organization Effectiveness and Change:
Stay updated on HR trends; implement relevant changes.
Evaluate and recommend modifications to operating models for efficiency.
Drive cultural shifts for improved collaboration.
Growth Coaching:
Design and implement growth and leadership development programs.
Create and deliver learning initiatives for skill development.
Performance Development Cycle:
Run annual performance reviews; ensure fairness and transparency.
Provide training and clear communication on roles and objectives.
Employee Engagement:
Organize engaging internal events; foster a positive work environment.
Address employee relations issues; ensure fairness and respect.
Lead initiatives for higher engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Reward & Recognition:
Review and adjust salaries and allowances for parity.
Enhance recognition schemes for inclusivity and motivation.
Evaluate and refine employee benefits to align with needs.
Culture & Inclusivity:
Drive cultural change for agile and lean solutions.
Establish and uphold a cultural matrix for desired behaviors.
Advocate for compliance with company values and diversity.
Develop strategies to attract and retain diverse talent.
Policy & Compliance:
Lead HR compliance efforts, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Ensure adherence to employment laws for a fair and inclusive workplace.
Employer Brand Management:
Cultivate and maintain a positive employer brand image and reputation.
Identify target audiences and select appropriate digital channels for key messaging.
Qualifications:
Post grad in HR and/or MBA or equivalent degree from B-school
Preferably SHRM or HRCI certification, or diploma/executive programs in Talent Management (XLRI)
Mix of Industry and/or HR consulting experience (desired)
Minimum 15 years of HR experience (required)
Strong grasp of business fundamentals, expertise in all HR aspects, experience in organization design and change management programs (required)
Exposure to HR-IT systems implementation (desired)
Organization Design, Job Evaluation, Change Management
Balances conceptual understanding and design skills with achieving immediate business targets
Reasonable knowledge of applicable labour law in India and the Middle East
Previous experience in driving HR Transformation programs (cost optimization, re-structuring, culture change)
Basic understanding of AI, blockchain, machine learning, augmented and virtual reality, and their application to HR
