HR Business Partner - Insurance - 1-2 Year - Immediate Joiners - Pune
Location - Pune, Maharashtra (Work from Office)
An exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner to work with a leading Insurance company. This role involves end-to-end HR responsibilities including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, grievance handling, and driving HR initiatives to strengthen organizational culture.

Responsibilities -
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process – sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Design and deliver impactful induction & onboarding programs.
- Conduct employee connects, engagement initiatives, and feedback sessions.
- Handle exit interviews and manage smooth offboarding.
- Manage disciplinary issues, grievances, and conflict resolution in compliance with labor laws.
- Lead HR projects and support organizational development initiatives.
Requirements -
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as HR Generalist/HRBP (Insurance preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
