Summary –
We are hiring an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment for the BFSI domain. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at stakeholder management, and is ready to contribute to strategic talent acquisition. Immediate joiners preferred.

Location – Mumbai (On-site Hybrid)

Responsibilities –

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles within the BFSI domain.

  2. Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines.

  3. Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, and referrals.

  4. Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications.

  5. Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and provide regular hiring updates to leadership.

Requirements –

  1. 5+ years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the BFSI sector.

  2. Strong stakeholder and client management skills.

  3. Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  5. Must be based in Mumbai and available to join immediately or at short notice.
