Responsibilities -
- Partner with business leaders to conceptualize, implement, and review key people strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead organization-wide engagement programs, including yearly employee engagement calendars and GPTW survey planning.
- Drive attrition control strategies, talent mapping, and capability-building programs.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across functions, ensuring 105% man-month targets within defined TAT and budget.
- Develop and drive talent management frameworks including succession planning (OTR), performance turnaround, and MDRs.
- Strengthen organizational culture through compliance initiatives, value-based engagement, and structured EDAP implementation.
- Coach and build HR team capabilities through recognition, promotions, and structured skill development programs.
- Enhance employee experience by decentralizing HR services and ensuring compliance with code of conduct and whistleblower policies.
Requirements -
- 8+ years of experience in strategic HR Business Partnering, with a proven track record in employee engagement, retention, and talent development.
- Strong understanding of PMS, MDRs, succession planning, and HR analytics.
- Expertise in end-to-end recruitment and governance mechanisms to ensure hiring quality and effectiveness.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with regional or zonal HR exposure preferred.
