Insurance Claims Advocacy- (10+Years)- Mumbai
We are looking for a specialist with least 10 years of experience in Insurance-Claims Advocacy and 5 years in team Handling.
Location- Mumbai/Bangalore/Pune

Responsibilities:
Performing weekly/monthly management reports & highlight relevant gaps &/or concerns.
Responsible for scoping, identifying new areas of work.
Overseeing migration& stabilization of new processes.
Reviewing process & regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
Reviewing FTE requirements, shift plans & capacity planning.
Initiating, Executing & Facilitating process improvement initiatives/projects.
Integrating domain knowledge & business understanding to create superior solutions for the client.
Driving on-time, accurate& quality service delivery within agreed upon SLAs for assigned processes
Requirements:
Minimum ten years of experience in the ITES sector.
Minimum four to five years of experience in a managerial role.
Relevant F&A experience for F&A processes only.
Prior work experience in Claims Advocacy is mandatory
