Title of Job – Senior Auditor – Internal Audit & Risk Management - CA - 7 Years - Mumbai 

Summary –

We are looking for an experienced Senior Auditor with a strong background in internal audit, risk management, and internal controls to join a leading financial services firm in Mumbai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead internal audit process reviews, drive enterprise risk management (ERM) governance, and contribute to technology audits, while engaging with senior stakeholders to strengthen risk frameworks.

Responsibilities –

  1. Partner with internal audit service providers to plan and execute the internal audit program.

  2. Lead internal audit process reviews and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

  3. Conduct technology audits (40–50% focus) including cybersecurity, cloud governance, and data privacy.

  4. Implement ERM governance frameworks and lead risk-related projects.

  5. Provide actionable insights to enhance internal controls and engage with senior stakeholders.

Requirements –

  1. 5–8 years of experience in internal audit, internal controls, or enterprise risk within financial services.

  2. Expertise in internal control frameworks and risk-based audit methodologies.

  3. Strong exposure to technology audits (cybersecurity, IT risk, cloud governance).

  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  5. Professional certifications preferred (CISA, CRMA, CISM, CAMS, CISSP, etc.); Chartered Accountant qualification is required.
