Job opportunity for Knowledge Management Process Owner, in this role you will be managing end – to – end ITIL best practices for a leading global advisory company.

Location: Mumbai

  1. Manage proper design and execution of knowledge management processes

  2. Responsible for Strategic planning and designing of all relevant process improvements and change

  3. Manage daily operations related to knowledge communication, validation and publication of knowledge articles

  4. Ensure processes are being carried out in a manner consistent with design

  5. Design KPIs of the knowledge processes


  1. Experience of 8+ years in knowledge management

  2. Self-Starter with strong problem-solving skills

  3. Effectively managing multiple stakeholders

  4. Familiar with process designing, reporting

  5. Effective Communication skills
