Lead Data Scientist - 9+ Years - Gurugram

Lead / Senior Data Scientist | AI, ML & GenAI

We are looking for a highly skilled and intellectually curious Lead / Senior Data Scientist with 10+ years of experience in building advanced AI, machine learning, and Generative AI solutions. The role involves working on complex business problems using classical ML, deep learning, NLP, and GenAI, while also mentoring teams and driving end-to-end data science initiatives.

Location - Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Responsibilities -

1. Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world business use cases

2. Build NLP and GenAI solutions including RAG-based systems, conversational AI, and content generation

3. Fine-tune and optimize large language models and GenAI pipelines

4. Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines and feature stores

5. Mentor junior data scientists and communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders

Requirements -

1. 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and AI

2. Strong hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn

3. Experience with NLP, GenAI tools, LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector databases

4. Strong exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable) and MLOps tools

5. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
