Leader Human Resource – Digital Automation (12+ years)

Looking for Leader in Human Resource Digital Automation, you will be responsible for overseeing HR Operations of countries based in Middle East, South Africa & Asia region while focusing on Digital systems, process automation , managing HRMS programs and outsourcing of HR services.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Implementing and managing Human Resource Digital Automation across organization

  • Developing the annual HR budget basis and ensuring compliance inline with national and regional employee regulations

  • Collaborating with various HR service providers in different countries to ensure smooth HR services

  • Managing human resource programs, including simplifying commission planning and market-based compensation, benefits, and leave

  • Resolving disputes and investigations; along with focus on performance management rewards & recognition, training and development.

  • Implementing and managing HRMS system to streamline HR processes and ensure data accuracy and integrity

Requirements:

  • Experience of 12+ years overall in Human Resource, having 5+ years HR Digital Automation.

  • Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferable

  • Experience in managing outsourcing of HR services and managing HRMS, Digitization of HR Records and Automation of HR processes

  • Should have thorough knowledge of employment related laws and regulations for Middle East, South Africa & Asia region

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Ability to independently manage communication with internal stakeholders and clients)

  • Good understanding of Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal to no supervision

  • Superior attention to detail and intellectual curiosity

  • Interest to learn complex subject matter across an array of business sectors

  • Excellent & logical problem-solving skills
