Responsibilities 

1. Develop and implement innovative training content aligned with organizational objectives. 
2. Conduct needs assessment to identify learning gaps and recommend effective solutions. 
3. Design and develop course materials, e-learning modules, presentations, and job aids using modern instructional design methodologies. 
4. Collaborate with SMEs and other stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance. 
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
6. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in learning and instructional design. 
7. Coordinate and schedule learning programs for teams across the organization. 

Requirements 

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, training, or related fields. 
2. Proficiency in instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS). 
3. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective training frameworks. 
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in simple ways. 
5. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 
6. Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field. 
7. Experience in course facilitation or delivering workshops will be a plus.
