Machine Learning Engineer – 5–8 Years – India

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define machine learning requirements and objectives.

  • Develop AI algorithm prototypes based on project specifications.

  • Engineer and extract features to improve model performance and accuracy.

  • Implement algorithmic changes to enhance AI efficiency and scalability.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with deployed AI models to optimize user experience.

  • Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications throughout development.

  • Stay up to date with the latest innovations and best practices in machine learning and AI.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in software design, development, and algorithmic solutions.

  • 4+ years of hands-on machine learning experience, including optimization algorithms and deep-learning techniques.

  • Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with deep learning frameworks.

  • Ability to debug, diagnose technical issues, and automate workflows.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodology.

  • Strong teamwork, organizational, and time management skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Azure Cognitive Services and OpenAI APIs.

  • Strong technical background with strategic problem-solving mindset.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
