Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee core global HR operations, including payroll, compliance, employee benefits administration, and HRIS management.
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and streamline HR workflows.
- Act as a change manager for HR transformation projects aimed at improving employee satisfaction and experience.
- Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.
- Support employee grievance management by partnering with the HR Business Partner teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen inclusion and diversity initiatives across the organization.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership.
Requirements
To qualify, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 11+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll management, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices in India.
- Proven track record of implementing and managing HRIS systems.
- A data-driven mindset with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and employee engagement.
- Experience in managing multicultural teams and promoting workplace diversity is a plus.
