Manager – Human Resource Change Management- 8-12 years- Multiple locations

A very exciting opportunity for you to aid clients in managing organizational change and running the smooth transition process in areas of Human Resource. If you have 8 to 12 years of experience in driving HR change management-related programs, this role is for you.

 

Location:Gurugram/ Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Pune/ Hyderabad/ Chennai

Responsibilities:

  1. Driving the change management in areas of Human Resource and help clients manage organizational change and smooth the transition process

  2. Leveraging digital technologies to develop Human Resource Change Management for business transformation by understanding stakeholder challenges.

  3. Executing end-to-end change management for various HR transformation programs like S/4 HANA, Salesforce, Oracle, and Shared services, driving business growth through sales and development activities.

  4. Assisting clients in becoming an agile business by developing their change capability.

  5. Spearheading thought leadership initiatives on cutting-edge topics in collaboration with global and internal partners.

  6. Contributing to HR practice development through activities like recruitment, training, and participation in community events.

  7. Engaging in global travel to serve esteemed clients and lead large-scale transformative projects.

  8. Collaborating within a dynamic international team, fostering a culture of excellence and English as the primary language, while mentoring junior members.

 

Requirements:

  1. MBA/Master’s degree

  1. 8-12 years of experience in driving change management programs in Human Resources including strategy, adoption, digital engagement, training, and readiness.

  2. Proven track record in managing end-to-end Human Resource change programs for external clients.

  3. Extensive experience driving behavior, adoption, and culture change alongside standard change management strategies.

  4. Demonstrated success in sales origination, solutions, and articulating business value, coupled with adept stakeholder management in diverse global environments.

  5. Techno-functional expertise in cloud-based systems implementation (e.g., Office 365, SAP S4 HANA, SFDC) is beneficial.

  6. Foreign languages like Arabic, Japanese, and French will be an added advantage.
