Manager/Senior Manager – Operational Risk Management – 5+Years- Mumbai

Summary :We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional for an exciting opportunity in Operational Risk Management (ORM) within the consulting domain. This role involves leading projects across key ORM areas, working with global clients in the financial services industry, and contributing to business growth through thought leadership and strategic advisory.

Responsibilities:

  1. Leading and managing end-to-end projects in operational risk areas such as internal control assessment, SOP development, and incident management.

  2. Reviewing and validating ORM frameworks, policies, and RCSA for regulatory and business alignment.

  3. Designing and executing testing plans, interpreting results, and presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders.

  4. Collaborating with stakeholders to define KRIs, monitor thresholds, and align with incident reporting workflows.

  5. Mentoring team members, managing client engagements, and contributing to proposals and thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. 5–12 years of experience in operational risk, third-party risk, BCP, or related fields in consulting or BFSI.

  2. Educational background in CA/MBA or relevant master’s programs.

  3. Preferable certifications in Project Management or ORM.

  4. Exposure to GRC tools like MetricStream or SAP GRC is a plus.

  5. Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
