Responsibilities:
- Designing and setting up warehouse strategies and layouts for optimal space and cost efficiency
- Managing multiple warehouse operations to deliver performance against SLAs
- Driving business growth by building client-focused solutions and developing strong pipelines
- Formulating SOPs and implementing logistics software to maximize efficiency and compliance
- Collaborating cross-functionally to solve operational challenges and deliver tailored logistics solutions
- Ensuring a data-driven approach using analytical tools to support strategic decision-making
- Leading with business acumen to align logistics operations with client and organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred
- 8–12 years of experience in contract logistics or 3PL operations
- Proven background in warehouse management, space optimization, and supply chain execution
- Strong understanding of SOP design, client onboarding, and logistics IT systems
- Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and high ownership mindset
