Territory Sales Manager - FMCG/OTC Sales - 5+ Years - Guwahati/Silchar

Location - Guwahati/Silchar

An exciting opportunity for an experienced FMCG/OTC sales professional to drive business growth, expand distribution, and lead frontline sales teams in a dynamic hygiene and baby care segment.

Your Future Employer -

Responsibilities -

  1. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  2. Expand distribution width and depth across retail, wholesale, and modern trade.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with distributors and trade partners.
  4. Lead, train, and guide sales teams (SOs/ISRs).
  5. Forecast sales accurately and ensure timely product availability.
  6. Conduct reviews and implement sales strategies to maximize coverage and revenues.

Requirements -

  1. Graduate with 6+ years of FMCG/OTC experience OR MBA with 3+ years of FMCG/OTC experience.
  2. Strong team handling experience is mandatory.
  3. Skills in sales forecasting, coverage planning, and data-driven decision-making.
  4. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
