Manager-Talent Consulting (3+ years)
Looking for a working professional with more than 3 years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Consulting, Organizational Development, HR Transformation and M&A solution. The candidate must have experience in working on different areas of HR with Masters from a Premium Management Institute.

Providingcompletesupportindevelopingwhite-papersorPOVs,creatingproprietarytools orofferingsundertheguidanceofinternalSMEs,participatinginclientseminarsand industry events, etc.
SupportingbusinessdevelopmentthroughparticipationinBDmeetings,drivingsales,etc. Interactextensivelywithclientstounderstandrequirement,presentrecommended solutions, build strong working relationships, establish self as a trusted advisor.
Buildingstrongrelationshipswithinternalandexternalstakeholdersandestablishselfas a trusted advisor to clients.
Requirements:
Full time MBA/ Equivalent from a premier institute
3-5 years of relevant work experience (Post MBA/ Equivalent) in HR function and proven track with reputed organizations. Prior consulting experience will be preferred.
