Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain full-stack web applications using MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical insights.
• Ensure reusable, modular, and scalable code using modern software development practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through innovative solutions.
• Integrate advanced analytics and data visualization tools to enhance decision-making.
• Adhere to security protocols and ensure data security across applications.
• Debug and refine existing workflows while proposing innovative solutions.
• Stay ahead by adopting the latest advancements in MERN Stack technologies.
• Guide and mentor junior developers while creating an inclusive and growth-oriented team environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in MERN Stack development or a similar role.
• Expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, with added experience in analytics libraries or tools being a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize workflows using data and analytics.
• Proficient in Git and experienced in Agile/Scrum practices.
• Familiar with unit testing frameworks such as Mocha, Chai, or Jest.
• Knowledge of responsive design and UI/UX best practices is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is advantageous.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Background in data analytics or business intelligence will be considered an asset.
