Responsibilities -
- Execute and oversee financial reconciliations, Balance sheet reconciliations, Bank reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes within agreed timelines.
- Prepare complex financial reports, providing meaningful insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure streamlined processes and data integrity.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies in reconciliations.
Requirements -
- A minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in R2R Reconciliations and Financial Reporting.
- Background in closing, reconciliation processes, and financial analysis is essential.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations.
