Power Platform Tech Lead – 5 to 9 Years – Pune / Mumbai / Bangalore

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Power Platform professional to lead end-to-end design and development of enterprise applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. In this role, you will work closely with business teams to automate workflows, enhance system efficiency, and drive digital transformation using Microsoft’s Power Platform ecosystem.

Location: Pune / Mumbai / Bangalore

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy solutions on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Automate workflows and optimize processes using Power Automate.

  • Build interactive dashboards and reporting solutions with Power BI.

  • Ensure quality and performance through thorough testing and deployment best practices.

  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot platform-related issues.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5–9 years of overall experience with strong expertise in Power Platform.

  • Proven hands-on experience with Power Apps (Model-driven apps mandatory), Power Automate, and Power BI.

  • Good understanding of Dataverse, data connectors, and APIs.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Experience with SharePoint Online, DevOps pipeline deployment, and awareness of Power Pages or Co-pilot is a plus.
