Responsibilities
As a Process Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and executing Record to Report (R2R) processes for reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting.
- Performing financial analysis and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance to standards.
- Reviewing and analyzing balance sheet account reconciliations to identify variances and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Producing periodic financial reports and supporting the overall financial close process.
- Assisting in enhancing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to optimize processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
We’re looking for candidates with:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in R2R reconciliations or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in financial accounting principles, reconciliations, and reporting tools.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle/others).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate financial data effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Any finance-related certification (CA-Inter, MBA-Finance, or equivalent) will be a plus!
