Procurement Transformation Lead - IT Services – Bangalore 15+ years
Location- Bangalore (Hybrid)
Looking out for a Procurement Transformation professional having more than 15 years of experience as a PMO who manages cross functional teams to ensure that deliverables are met with quality. region. Responsibilities
Rolling out transformation projects in procurement for agility, simplification, digital transformation.
Developing methodologies to support Transformation projects, new Initiatives, S2P integration of merged entities
Partnering with internal Cluster Leads, IT Teams, Governance Teams, internal customers & other interacting functions to understand business priority and operational challenges.
Developing real world solutions to resolve CPO team members and business needs.
Engaging with Senior level stakeholders effectively in a dialogue Internal to Wipro.
Knowledge on taxations and statutory compliance
Understanding the purchasing process and strategies,
Requirements
At least 15years with MNC/Large corporate in IT Hardware & Software/ System Integrators.
Done transformation in PR to PO, Sourcing & Category Management, Vendor Management.
Must have techno functional knowledge of Digital Technologies and leading tools and practices.
Must have people management experience.
Worked on SAP, ARIBA or other ERP’S.
