We are hiring an experienced Team Manager with strong expertise in Application Maintenance Support and ITIL-based processes. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy leader with a track record of driving service excellence in a 24x7 support environment.

Work Timing: Should be open to 24x7 support environment
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred
Your Future Role
- Manage end-to-end application maintenance and support for global clients
- Own SLA adherence, incident management, and operations governance
- Oversee project/resource planning and benefit tracking across production support
- Drive ITIL-based process optimization and 24x7 technical operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement service improvement plans
- Deliver service level dashboards and compliance reports regularly
- Guide cross-functional integration of technical and business processes
What You Bring
- Strong knowledge of Application Support, Change Management, ITIL processes
- Hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and dashboard reporting
- Understanding of contract/SLA management and vendor governance
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management
- Experience working with onshore captive clients and offshore teams
- Background in the insurance industry is a strong plus
- Ability to make quick, strategic decisions in high-pressure situations
