Assistant Manager – Planner – 2-8 years – Gurgaon/Mumbai

The Assistant Manager – Planner will lead end-to-end project planning, monitoring, and execution within the Energy Solutions division. The role demands cross-functional coordination to ensure timely project completion, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
Project Planning, Monitoring & Coordination
- Create robust project plans aligning with contract scope and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, Finance, and Site teams to ensure smooth delivery of materials, manpower, and financial resources.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and suppliers to track progress and manage day-to-day project updates.
- Participate in project review meetings and maintain real-time reporting of activities.
- Stay abreast of evolving technical standards and taxation policies.
Timely Project Completion
- Translate project requirements into realistic time schedules and cost estimates.
- Apply Critical Path Method (CPM), resource-loaded scheduling, and earned value analysis for milestone tracking.
- Continuously monitor project health to meet deadlines and avoid overruns.
Project Management & Quality Assurance
- Work closely with PMCs for issue resolution and technical clarifications.
- Manage renewals for bank guarantees, insurance, and statutory licenses.
- Enforce quality assurance protocols to meet contractual deliverables.
Risk Assessment & Mitigation
- Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor external market dynamics to adapt project plans accordingly.
What We’re Looking For:
Education:
- Essential: Degree or Diploma in Engineering
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Experience:
- Degree holders: Minimum 2 years (Preferred 4 years)
- Diploma holders: Minimum 4 years (Preferred 6 years)
