Quest One Identity Manager – 3+ Years – Bengaluru (US Shift)
Summary
Are you an expert in Identity and Access Management (IAM) looking to take ownership of end-to-end operations for Quest One Identity Manager (1IM) in a global enterprise environment? This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced IAM tools, manage complex workflows, and ensure smooth identity governance across business-critical systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations, enhance process efficiency, and deliver impactful security solutions.
Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office – US/Night Shift)
Responsibilities
Manage and support Quest One Identity Manager (1IM) for enterprise identity lifecycle management.
Handle complex support and escalation requests that require in-depth troubleshooting beyond L1 resolution.
Maintain and optimize IAM configurations, including JML processes, workflows, RBAC, and Dynamic Groups.
Use 1IM tools such as Job Queue, Report Editor, and Synchronization Editor for system maintenance and analysis.
Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and mentoring for junior staff and cross-functional teams.
Document technical processes, create user manuals, and maintain system knowledge repositories.
Work on incident management and SLA adherence, ensuring prompt resolution and client satisfaction.
Manage small-scale IAM projects and coordinate task delivery across teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess IAM effectiveness, enhance system performance, and implement automation improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Quest One Identity Manager (1IM) administration and support.
Strong understanding of JML process, workflows, RBAC, and group management.
Proficiency in SQL and troubleshooting data-related IAM issues.
Experience with incident management, escalation handling, and project coordination.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Knowledge of Ping Federate / DUO will be an added advantage.
