Camunda Engineer – Senior Developer – 7 to 10 Years – Pune (Hybrid)
Summary –
We are looking for an experienced Camunda Engineer / Senior Developer to join our dynamic team focused on building and optimizing process automation solutions using Camunda 8. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BPM workflows, integrating enterprise systems, and driving process digitization across business functions. This role requires a blend of strong technical expertise in Camunda BPM, Java/Spring Boot or Node.js, and practical knowledge of cloud-native and microservices architectures.

Pune (Hybrid)
Responsibilities –
• Design, develop, and deploy process automation workflows using Camunda 8 with BPMN, DMN, and CMMN.
• Integrate Camunda with enterprise systems using APIs, microservices, and messaging frameworks (Kafka, REST, SOAP).
• Implement custom service tasks and business logic using Java, Spring Boot, or Node.js.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize workflows using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, performance, and best BPM practices.
Requirements –
• 6+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in Camunda 8.
• Proficiency in BPMN, DMN, and CMMN (any two) and Java, Spring Boot, or Node.js (any two).
• Strong understanding of Camunda APIs, connectors, external tasks, and plugins.
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, Kafka/RabbitMQ, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and low-code/no-code tools is an advantage.
