Responsibilities
- Manage daily validation of security master and reference data, ensuring data completeness and consistency.
- Perform client asset reporting (monthly/quarterly/annual), resolving data exceptions to meet deadlines.
- Maintain reporting-ready data using PowerBI and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.
- Support data issue resolution, process documentation, and continuous automation improvements.
- Uphold internal data governance standards and support projects and ad-hoc data requests.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Investment Banking Ops, Asset Management, or Data Management.
- Experience with instrument reference data, client asset reporting, and DMP/ADS platforms.
- Working knowledge of PowerBI, SQL, Bloomberg, Reuters, and GoldenSource is a plus.
- Understanding of data governance frameworks and investment reporting requirements.
- MBA or equivalent, with strong analytical, stakeholder, and communication skills.
