Lead high-impact business growth across the BFSI sector in South India by managing strategic accounts, driving revenue, and building key client relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Driving strategic account management across top banks and NBFCs to deepen market presence.
- Building and nurturing long-term client relationships with key decision-makers and executive stakeholders.
- Leading high-stakes commercial negotiations with C-Level executives to close critical deals.
- Crafting and executing sales strategies to introduce innovative solutions and achieve revenue targets.
- Guiding and motivating the sales team to stay ahead of market trends and deliver value-driven results.
Requirements:
- 6–10 years of experience in sales strategy, business development, or key account management
- Proven exposure to BFSI and Credit Bureau ecosystem
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Experience working with senior stakeholders across banks and NBFCs
- MBA from a reputed institution
