Regional Manager - Business Development/ KAM (BFSI Space) - Ratings & Analytics - 6+ Years - Chennai

Lead high-impact business growth across the BFSI sector in South India by managing strategic accounts, driving revenue, and building key client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  1. Driving strategic account management across top banks and NBFCs to deepen market presence.
  2. Building and nurturing long-term client relationships with key decision-makers and executive stakeholders.
  3. Leading high-stakes commercial negotiations with C-Level executives to close critical deals.
  4. Crafting and executing sales strategies to introduce innovative solutions and achieve revenue targets.
  5. Guiding and motivating the sales team to stay ahead of market trends and deliver value-driven results.

Requirements:

  1. 6–10 years of experience in sales strategy, business development, or key account management
  2. Proven exposure to BFSI and Credit Bureau ecosystem
  3. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  4. Experience working with senior stakeholders across banks and NBFCs
  5. MBA from a reputed institution
