Credit Risk Analyst – Banking & Financial Services – 2+ Years – Remote
Location: All India- Remote ( Work from Home)

As a Credit Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing credit exposures, performing RWA calculations, and supporting regulatory reporting and risk assessment processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and in-depth knowledge of credit risk frameworks.

Responsibilities:
Conduct RWA (Risk-Weighted Assets) calculations for on-balance sheet and off-balance sheet exposures.
Analyze credit risk, asset classification, EAD, CRM adjustments, and CCF.
Ensure compliance with Basel I, II, III, and IV regulations.
Support capital reporting and risk assessment initiatives.
Implement and maintain standardized approaches to credit risk.
Utilize Excel, SQL, SAS, and Python for data analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to monitor risk exposure and regulatory updates.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and risk committees.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in banking credit risk, RWA calculations, and capital reporting.
Comprehensive understanding of credit risk, asset classification, and regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL, SAS, and Python is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
