Sales Development Representative(Saas) - Research Industry - 3 + Years - Remote working (US Shift)

Summary – An exciting opportunity for professionals with 3 – 6 years of experience in Sales Development/Lead Generation for US/UK markets. The role demands excellent communication skills, strong outbound prospecting capabilities, and the ability to generate qualified opportunities through multi-channel outreach.

Responsibilities -

  • Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, LinkedIn engagement, and personalized email campaigns.
  • Build and manage a robust lead pipeline using CRM tools; identify decision-makers and understand their pain points.
  • Schedule and qualify a minimum of 4 high-quality meetings per week for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives for seamless handover of qualified leads and alignment on outreach strategy.
  • Track performance metrics including calls, emails, LinkedIn activity, and conversions; provide regular reports and insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and organizational value propositions to strengthen outreach.
  • Apply strong objection-handling techniques and continuously refine prospecting strategies.

Requirements -

  • 3 – 6 years of relevant experience in Sales Development/Lead Generation for US/UK markets.
  • Prior experience in working with SaaS, IT, or Consulting domains preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with strong objection-handling skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work in US shifts (typically 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM / 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
