US Health Insurance Reporting - 3+ Years - Bengaluru/Mumbai/Pune

We are looking for a Senior Analyst - Financial Benefits to support analytics and advisory functions within the insurance vertical. This role involves delivering end-to-end financial reporting, modeling, forecasting, and strategic insights in alignment with US health insurance practices.

Location - Bengaluru/Mumbai/Pune.

Responsibilities -

1. Apply advanced skills to evaluate and present timely experience reports that assess client financial status, including tracking expenses, funding levels, and rates by Employee Benefit Plans.
2. Analyze data from carriers to prepare accurate forecasts and provide strategic recommendations for negotiating rates and funding levels.
3. Accurately estimate reserves for Incurred But Not Reported (IBNR) claim liabilities, aligning with actuarial standards and supporting financial stability.
4. Create tailored financial and performance reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights.

Requirements -

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
2. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial analytics or insurance reporting.
3. Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel.
4. Experience in US Health Insurance or Group Insurance is mandatory.
