We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in Property and Casualty Insurance to join our dynamic team in Mumbai as Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager. Responsibilities:

1. Managing end-to-end operations in the Property and Casualty Insurance vertical.
2. Evaluating and analyzing risks, underwriting policies, and recommending solutions to ensure compliance with company standards.
3. Delivering exceptional client service by providing timely and effective insurance solutions.
4. Analyzing market trends and competition to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
5. Overseeing a team of 22 members while supporting the development of new insurance products and enhancing existing offerings.
6. Managing customer queries and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. A bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or related fields. MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
2. At least 6 years of relevant experience in Property and Casualty Insurance, with a minimum of 2 years in team management.
3. Proficiency in understanding and managing insurance policy lifecycle - underwriting, claims, and renewals.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
5. Proficiency in relevant tools and systems for managing insurance products and reports.
