Senior Analyst - Service Support Management - 3+ Years - Bangalore - Hybrid

As a Senior Analyst, you will provide end-to-end policy lifecycle support, drive operational excellence, and ensure seamless collaboration with branch teams to deliver high-quality insurance services.

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for branch operations, providing comprehensive support.

2. Manage end-to-end policy lifecycle services and ensure accurate documentation.

3. Coordinate with retailers, finance teams, and vendors to meet customer demands.

4. Prioritize and manage multiple requests, ensuring timely completion of service tasks.

5. Collaborate with branch staff to support producers, resolve queries, and enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in the insurance domain (P&C preferred).

2. Strong written and oral communication skills.

3. Experience in working with onshore partners is an advantage.

4. Demonstrated skills in multitasking, prioritization, and decision-making.

5. Proactive approach with ownership, accountability, and interpersonal effectiveness.
