Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications and microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable cloud-native solutions.
- Lead and mentor team members (Developer Lead role), ensuring best practices in coding and architecture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with strong debugging capabilities.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- 8+ years (Senior Developer) / 10+ years (Lead) of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices.
- Proficiency in SQL, RESTful services, Git, and build management tools.
- Experience working with AWS and other cloud platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and design scalable system architectures.
