Senior Manager - Internal Assurance – 7+ Years - Gurgaon

We are seeking a CA with 7+ years of relevant experience in internal controls and compliance. The role requires proven expertise in ICFR, SOX Testing, Process & Control Testing, and end-to-end SOP development and implementation. The candidate should demonstrate sound knowledge of risk and control frameworks and strong stakeholder interaction and communication skills. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct ICFR and SOX testing across key business processes to evaluate internal control effectiveness.
2. Identify control gaps and implement remediation plans to strengthen process controls.
3. Develop, update, and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across functions.
4. Collaborate with process owners to enhance the design and execution of internal controls.
5. Support periodic risk assessments and assist in internal audit activities.
6. Prepare and present reports to senior management highlighting key findings, risks, and recommended actions.

Requirements:

1. CA qualification is mandatory with 7+ years of experience in internal controls and compliance.
2. Strong hands-on experience in ICFR, SOX Testing, and Control Testing.
3. Proven expertise in SOP development, implementation, and review.
4. Solid understanding of Risk and Control Frameworks.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
