Senior Manager - Investment Research - 3-7 Years - Mumbai

We are hiring for a Senior Manager - Investment Research. This is a front-office investment role involving growth equity origination, due diligence, financial modelling, and performance monitoring across diverse sectors and geographies.

Responsibilities -

1. Lead due diligence on growth equity investments, assessing business and market risks.
2. Conduct macroeconomic and market research for external risk evaluation.
3. Analyse financials, unit economics, and business models of potential investees.
4. Build robust financial models with sensitivity/scenario analysis.
5. Prepare investment memoranda and present to the Investment Committee.
6. Monitor ongoing portfolio performance and conduct periodic valuations.

Requirements -

1. 3–7 years of experience in growth equity, private equity, or investment banking.
2. Strong knowledge of financial concepts, corporate finance, and accounting.
3. Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
4. Exposure to ESG investing, sustainability frameworks, and impact measurement.
5. Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
6. Proficiency in Excel; Power BI is a plus.
