Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition (Campus Hiring) - 12+ Years - Mumbai

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition with over 12 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in sourcing and managing top talent, especially within a manufacturing or similar environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement comprehensive strategies for lateral and campus hiring.
  2. Lead end-to-end campus recruitment processes, from engagement to onboarding, ensuring superior candidate experience.
  3. Audit and enhance recruitment processes for scalability, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  4. Drive employer branding initiatives at academic institutions through events, programs, and partnerships.
  5. Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align hiring with business objectives.
  6. Ensure adherence to performance management timelines and internal quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
  2. Proven expertise in bulk/campus hiring and lateral recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or blue-collar hiring setups.
  3. Strong stakeholder management skills with high integrity and confidentiality.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates and leadership effectively.
