Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive strategies for lateral and campus hiring.
- Lead end-to-end campus recruitment processes, from engagement to onboarding, ensuring superior candidate experience.
- Audit and enhance recruitment processes for scalability, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Drive employer branding initiatives at academic institutions through events, programs, and partnerships.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align hiring with business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to performance management timelines and internal quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
- Proven expertise in bulk/campus hiring and lateral recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or blue-collar hiring setups.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with high integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates and leadership effectively.
