Responsibilities
- Support Java/.NET applications through issue resolution, incident management, and RCA.
- Troubleshoot multi-architecture systems and microservices-based applications.
- Manage CI/CD deployments using Harness, Bamboo, and Git.
- Monitor systems using ThousandEyes, Splunk, and Google Cloud alerts.
- Deploy containerized apps via Docker, Kubernetes, or Cloud Foundry.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in application support and infrastructure reliability.
- Proficient in microservices, DevOps tools, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Strong scripting skills with Unix Shell or any programming language.
- Solid communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Deep understanding of web protocols like HTTP, DNS, REST, and JSON.
